TrailGraze returns to North West Tasmania this April

TrailGraze is back!

From 10 to 12 April 2026, North West Tasmania will once again open its gates, cellars and kitchens for a weekend that celebrates the people behind the produce.

Now in its fifth year, TrailGraze invites visitors to experience the region differently. Not just by tasting what is made here, but by meeting the people who grow it, raise it and craft it.

Across the weekend, producers from right across the region will host a series of bookable experiences. Think farm tours, tastings, workshops and hands-on moments that take you behind the scenes of North West Tasmania’s food story.

From chocolate making and vineyard experiences to orchard tours, truffle hunts and long table dining, each experience offers something more than just great food. It offers connection. To place, to people and to the story behind every product.

The weekend begins with the TrailGraze Feast on Friday night. A fire-led long table dinner overlooking Bass Strait, where chefs cook over flame and producers share the stories behind what is on your plate.

Producers taking part include 41º South, Meander Valley Vineyard, Ghost Rock Wines, Anvers Tasmania, Spreyton Cider Co, Hazelbrae Hazelnuts, The Truffle Farm and more. Each one contributing to a region known for its quality, creativity and strong sense of place.

TrailGraze is part of the broader Tasting Trail, a self-drive journey that connects visitors with farms, vineyards, cideries, distilleries and specialty producers across North West Tasmania.

It is an invitation to slow down, explore and experience food where it comes from.

Make it a weekend worth travelling for. Make it Central.
